What We'll Need From You to Scope Your Private Label Program

What Details Are Needed To Start A Private Label Project?

To move efficiently from initial enquiry to a confirmed production and compliance plan, our team typically requests the following information. You don't need every detail finalised before reaching out - we'll work through specifics together - but having these ready accelerates the process considerably:

Product Selection Which product line(s) you're interested in - IQF frozen vegetables, frozen potato products, frozen fruit/mango pulp, or canned commodity foods - and any specific varietal, cut, or blend preferences.

Target Market & Destination The country or region your product will be sold in (e.g., EU, US, GCC) - this determines the labelling, certification, and regulatory compliance pathway we build for your order.

Packaging Format & Pack Size Your preferred format (pouch, bag, tin, etc.), net weight per unit, and case configuration — or whether you'd like our team to recommend a format based on your retail/foodservice channel.

Branding & Labelling Assets Your brand name, logo, and any existing packaging artwork or brand guidelines — or, if you're starting from scratch, we can support you through specification development.

Order Volume & Frequency  Whether you're starting with a trial order or planning a recurring container program, your anticipated volume per shipment, this informs production scheduling and freight planning.

Logistics Preference Your preferred shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.), destination port, and whether your order will be a single-product container or a consolidated multi-SKU shipment.

Timeline Your target delivery window, so we can align production scheduling, quality testing, and export documentation accordingly.

Once we have this information, our team will share an initial proposal - covering product specification, indicative pricing, compliance pathway, and lead time -  typically within a few business days.
